Is this where I put SeaWorld questions!?!?!?

Sorry, didn't know where best to put this....

We haven't been to SeaWorld Orlando EVER, thinking about going during our Spring Break, in between Disney days, first week in April. I couldn't find any recent reports, could be looking in the wrong place though....is there a "plan" that's best to follow? Is the All-Day dining worth it? Traveling with hubby, me, and 2 big teen boys that like to eat...but they are more likely to grab a snack and a drink every hour than a full meal--I think I read you can't use that at snack carts??

We haven't even bought tickets yet, I'm assuming it's best to buy online before we go...I haven't seen any good deals for tickets/dining aside from buying them 3 days early.

    TIA

We've been to SeaWorld quite a bit over the past three years. I'd be glad to try to answer any questions. As for All-Day Dining... worth it, maybe - but it will suck up a lot of time eating. We've never done it, but we typically have just grabbed lunch at the park and had dinner out of the park (there's only one table service restaurant - Sharks Underwater Grill). One thing you need to remember is that you're going to be constrained by show times, and during spring break those shows may fill up. You're going to need to get there at least 20 minutes before show time.
I've done a SeaWorld trip report on this forum a few years ago. Here's the link - https://www.easywdw.com/forums/showt...light=SeaWorld

We were just at Sea World last week. We spent the entire day there and only went to one show. The three big coasters are amazing. I don’t have a recommendation as to a touring plan but highly recommend purchasing the quick que. For our day it was an extra $20 per person and worked on every ride except the new water ride (infinity falls?)

We've never needed the Quick Queue and we've been there during some pretty busy times. Mako will definitely have a wait but Manta and Kracken often have fairly low wait times. We've walked on Kracken multiple times. The one 'touring plan' thing you definitely need to do is head to Antartica/penguins first thing because the wait time there skyrockets as the day goes on.

Following - we're going to Sea World in August (along with Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, and Aquatica).

We went Thanksgiving day and the Friday after it. Lines for the coasters were remarkably short most of the time. The penguin ride did have long waits (plus it went down a few times), and a few times the coasters were over the 30 minute mark, but it wasn't bad at all. If it opens early while you're there, I wouldn't expect to have any problems. It opened insanely late Thanksgiving day. It was either 10:00 or 10:30. Too many people want to be going by that time of day to use rope drop to your advantage.
