It looks like I am EE only with that contract ID, and it is 2x what my Big Ten negotiated contract is---and the latter includes LDW. But, my amex gives me executive on its own; I grabbed a Dodge Charger to drive up the California coast this week!

Just a heads-up: I got my National Car Rental status upgraded, and I also got upgraded to Hertz President's Circle Gold status, which is their highest level. You can pick any car in their fleet (even sports, luxury, etc.) if you have this status level. There's a link to Hertz in the original article with instructions:
