Predicted 4-Park Crowd Level: 3.
Predicted 4-Park Average Wait Time: 98 minutes.
Actual 4 Park Crowd Level: 1.
Actual 4-Park Average Wait Time: 86 minutes.
Weather: High of 80 and low of 57. No precipitation. A nice day.
There was no crowd bump heading into the weekend as expected. Wait times remain some of the lowest of the year.
Wait times were slightly higher at Animal Kingdom than the day before, but still entirely manageable and some of the lowest of the year. You could walk on virtually any attraction for 2+ hours in the morning and 3.5+ hours at night.
Wait times are slightly higher than the day before thanks to some downtime at Test Track pushing up wait times after it reopens at 7:15pm. Longer posted waits at Soarin’ also linger later into the evening. But both Soarin’ and Test Track are short during the first hour of regular operation and most of the secondary attractions stay at their default lows for the majority of the day.
Downtime at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster pushed up wait times until about 1pm, but Tower of Terror was back to regular operation and Toy Story Mania say below average waits, which pulled the actual average wait down to 26 minutes from the 34 minutes predicted.
The 26-minute average during regular hours is lower than yesterday and should be one of the lower average waits of the year. That still includes 60+ minute peak waits at headliners and with the short hours, less of a drop-off in waits in the evening. But during the off-season and the shorter hours that go with them, this is solid.
We’ll continue with these until people just can’t take them anymore.
