Meet Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall

November 20, 2015 ~ 1 minute read1 Comment

Opened: September 2013.

Location:

Princess Fairytale Hall is located directly behind Cinderella Castle in Fantasyland. Looking this way toward the Castle from behind it, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel would be immediately to the right.

Extra Magic Hours: Morning, Evening.

Type: Meet and Greet.

Similar To: Ariel’s Grotto only with the two princesses meeting separately in the same room.

What to Expect:

Your experience begins in the main hall itself.

The queue is pretty with chandeliers overhead and art on the walls, but it’s extremely loud.

Don’t miss Cinderella’s glass slipper at the front.

Anna and Elsa meet separately in the next room – Anna first followed by Elsa. Meet and greeters will wait a few minutes in here for the characters to finish up with the previous guests.

FastPass+: Yes, absolutely highest priority for those that want to meet her. Anna/Elsa FastPass+ are routinely unavailable 60 days in advance as those with on-site reservations have the ability to scheduled FP+ for the duration of their trip at 60 days. To secure FP+, you’ll need to log in at midnight 60 days in advance of your arrival and book Princess Fairytale Hall FastPass+ for your Magic Kingdom day as far into the future as possible. Otherwise, people do occasionally cancel, which opens up availability, but there is otherwise no availability whatsoever 59 days in advance more often than not.

What You Miss Using FastPass+:

Instead of waiting in the much grander (and significantly louder) hall, you’ll instead wait a few minutes in this somewhat lackluster corridor.

Total Average Experience Time with FastPass+: 20 minutes.

4th FastPass+ Availability:

Expect to Wait:

Quoted waits were often two or more hours shortly after the princesses debuted, but waits since then have fallen considerably. You can still expect to wait 50+ minutes most of the day from 9:10am onward.

When to Go: Absolutely first thing in the morning if you’re among the first 100 or so people there, as late in the evening as possible, or with FastPass+.

Rating: 8/10.

Commentary: Some guests may be disappointed to find out that the sisters don’t take pictures together, but this is the only place to regularly meet them until their location in Epcot opens.

These two have been replaced with Rapunzel and Tiana, while Elena has replaced Repunel in the other hall.
