Scary Factor: Low. Near the end, there are some startling images of the environment as it becomes polluted. It shouldn’t be anything the kids haven’t seen before.
When To Go: Visit in the afternoon or evening, after you have experienced most of the other Future World attractions. Waits are usually only as long as it takes for the next show to begin. Normally, Circle of Life closes at 7pm with many of Future World’s attractions.
Expect to Wait: It’s extremely unlikely you will need to wait any longer than it takes for the next film to begin. You can watch the full video here.
Length: 15 minutes
What to Expect:
The Circle of Life is a film starring the Lion King’s Timon, Pumba, and Simba that focuses on environmental responsibility. The film features both cartoon and live-action scenes. The theater and screen are on the small side, but both suffice.
Where to Sit: Sit near the back where it’s easy to see the entire screen without having to look from side to side. You’ll also exit in front of the people that are sitting lower. The theater is rarely more than half full, giving viewers their choice of seats.
Commentary: Here’s another opportunity to get out of long lines in the sun. This isn’t a “make it or break it” attraction, but it’s a good way to recuperate, particularly with kids. Most adults can safely skip it.
