9/4/15 Update: Menu updated.
Frontierland Hot Dog Cart is located in Frontierland.
Across from Country Bear Jamboree. Of the Carts in this area, the Hot Dog Cart is open the least often. If you’re looking for a Hot Dog and it’s closed, head up to nearby Liberty Square Market across from Liberty Square Riverboat in Liberty Square.
You can actually put together a decently priced meal here on the Dining Plan – $14. That would also be a decent amount of food. A la carte, the value isn’t as great.
The Hot Dog is the standard size, served plain with the option to add ketchup and mustard.
It’s a good snack that should be more filling than a Mickey Pretzel at a similar price point. A “picky eater” may prefer a hot dog over some of the other options as well. The dogs are a mixture of chicken and beef, which makes them healthier than their all-beef counterparts. Quality is otherwise similar to something like Ball Park brand. Most people will want to head elsewhere for more interesting options, especially with Pecos Bill a minute away and Columbia Harbour House a three minute walk towards Liberty Square, but it’s an option.
