Big Top Souvenirs

November 26, 2012 ~ 1 minute read1 Comment

9/4/15 Update: Menu and items in case updated.

Big Top Souvenirs is located across from Dumbo in the Storybook Circus section of Fantasyland.

Big Top Souvenirs is part Emporium, part Confectionery in that it features a show kitchen and treats along with typical Disney souvenirs.

Goofy’s Glaciers are slightly different than your prototypical frozen beverage available at The Lunching Pad and others.  I’m not sure how to explain it exactly – the Glacier is “less frozen” than your usual frozen drinks.  It makes it easier to drink, but you’re still going to end up in that place half way through when you’re left with an undrinkable mass of frozen ice.  It was refreshing, but it’s really going to be a sugar rush, even more so than other frozen drinks.

Examples of what you may find:

The “show kitchen” aspect didn’t seem to be a big deal, but they do make some of the treats in-house while you have the opportunity to watch.  Expect the quality to be the same as the Confectionery.

There’s ledge seating virtually everywhere around Storybook Circus.  If you’re looking for a table and chairs, head to the back of the area outside of Pete’s Silly Sideshow, where you’ll find plenty of empty tables and chairs.

The treats here are some of the best in the park. And sometimes if you catch the bakers at the right time when they’re making the right things, you can get a free sample 😉
