Disney confirmed that Early Morning Magic will go ahead as planned with all of the details available here: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/early-morning-magic/. Basically, the event includes a buffet breakfast at Pinocchio Village Haus and access to three Fantasyland attractions as early as 7:45am – Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Peter Pan’s Flight, and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The buffet breakfast runs from 8:30am to 10am with check-in for the event at 7:30am. The cost is $69 for adults and $59 for kids.
Considering Be Our Guest breakfast is $24 and Crystal Palace is $30, that puts the cost of the extra hour at around $40. Seven Dwarfs takes about 13 minutes to ride without a wait, while Peter Pan’s Flight and Winnie the Pooh are closer to ten minutes each. It remains to be seen whether Disney pushes Park opening back on these mornings. The Welcome Show usually begins 20 minutes prior to official Park opening with guests first arriving at Mine Train around 8:51am. So those wishing to pay the 70 bucks could feasibly expect to ride Mine Train three times and Peter Pan’s Flight and Winnie the Pooh once during the extra hour. $40 / five rides is $8 per ride.

The event is offered on Tuesdays and Saturdays beginning April 26th and currently continuing until June:
April – 26, 30
May – 3, 7, 14, 17, 21, 24, 28, 31
June – 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28
The event’s effect on “regular” guests should be minimal, although it remains to be seen how many guests are admitted and how they behave. It would make the most sense for those taking part to hit the open rides hard from 7:45am – 9am, perhaps pop on something else in Fantasyland once it opens at 9am, dine from 9:30am – 10am, and then continue elsewhere after that. A guest doing that would not affect waits much for those entering from the main entrance. It also remains to be seen what it does to those dining at Be Our Guest. Since the restaurant started offering breakfast, guests could exit around 8:40am and have an opportunity to ride Mine Train before anyone from the main entrance had an opportunity to arrive. We’ll have to see if those guests are held longer at the restaurant or allowed to head to Mine Train after they finish breakfast.
The website will be in attendance on the first morning and will report back.
