Scary Factor: Low for anyone comfortable with the oversized characters. You may want to show very young children videos of the characters on YouTube to get them accustomed to expecting to see a five-foot tall Mickey.
What to Expect: Adventurers Outpost enjoys a mostly indoor, air-conditioned queue.
Mickey and Minnie meet together in their safari gear in front of a fun backdrop. You’ll visit for a minute, take a picture, get an autograph, and be on your way.
FastPass+: Yes, highest priority in that the supply is the most severely limited of any attraction with very little to no availability on the day of. It’s theoretically a lower priority in that wait times peak lower than several other major attractions and FastPass+ here will save you less time in the afternoon than say, Kali River Rapids or Kilimanjaro Safaris. In other words, if you must use FastPass+ here, you want to schedule it as one of your initial three selections.

4th FastPass+ Availability:
Adventurers Outpost is usually booked solid on the night before a given day, making 4th FastPass+ selections only possible if you luck into a cancellation.
What You Miss Using FastPass+:
You’ll bypass some of the artwork depicting Mickey and Minnie’s adventures around the world.
And instead wait in a narrow hall away from standby for just a couple of minutes. Most people won’t mind missing the art.
Expect to Wait:
When to Go: Before 10am, after 4pm, or with FastPass+.
Commentary: This is usually the only theme park attraction where Mickey and Minnie ordinarily meet together. Relatively short waits, a fun theme, air-conditioned queue, and the ability to use FastPass+ makes this one of the best places to meet the famous mice.
