If you have an Annual Pass, Tables in Wonderland Card, or are a DVC member, you can book the culinary demonstrations, beverage seminars, and mixology events (basically anything $9 – $14) beginning August 10th at 8am EST. General booking and booking for all other events begins August 14th at 7am EST. These events do sell out, so you want to book them as soon as you know you want to do something.

I’m still bouncing back and forth between Sunday Sept 30th and Mon, Oct 1st for our Epcot day to enjoy the festival. Since I was hoping to book a mixology seminar, I’m now leaning more toward Sunday the 30th. Id much rather be there for The Macallan & Highland Park the for the brandy one that is on Monday

Don’t forget that October 1st is Epcot’s 30th anniversary, so that will likely affect crowds. Although, to be fair, Josh should really be the one to comment on that. I would just expect the fanbois to be out in full force. Although, again, Josh should really be the one to comment on that.
