The November Crowd Calendar has been updated with the changes listed here. Some wording has changed with the additional evening entertainment, along with extended operating hours on certain dates. Recommendations and crowd levels didn’t change much, if at all. Crowd levels were increased over what will be a busy Veteran’s Day Weekend, but that should be about it.

That Veteran’s day week, especially the Sat-Mon weekend, looks like a doozie. That’s our usual week, and is usually fine, but I think this year will be an exception.
Oh balls! I’ll be there that weekend, but at least we will be there for several days prior to that (Nov. 3rd-11th).
I wonder why Veteran’s Day week/end is now predicted to be busier than originally thought. Josh’s daily explanations still say Veteran’s Day doesn’t draw a large crowd. Of course, we’ll be there then, and had heard, and read, that it’s a great week to go.
Yeah, let’s cut the crap Josh. Will Veteran’s Day, which you have as a “5″ be busy or not?
I’m new here, but finding this site invaluable for planning a Thanksgiving trip. Last time to WDW was in 2009, and of course new stuff is impacting my planning this time, including FP return windows, new Fantasyland, and new Character locations. I’m seeing references to no need for Dumbo or Rapunzel in the morning, but I can’t seem to find why (FP enabled? Double Dumbo?), and when would be a good time to do them (Any time? Is Dumbo now a “filler”?!). Would someone mind helping me out and forwarding a link or two? Thanks!
What is different with Country Bear Jamboree? Did they add anything or just refurbish it?
All Ears said the Country Bear Jamboree is about 5 minutes shorter now, dropping one song and tightening some others and some of the chatting between them. The bears themselves were all refurbed.
I don’t know what Josh may say, but I happened upon Veterans weekend 2 years ago and it was quite crowded. It’s just a busy weekend: Veterans, the last weekend of F&WF, the Wine and Dine Half marathon, plus the PGA is playing at the WDW courses. So it’s crowded for a variety of reasons. Not that all these folks are going to be in the parks at the same time, but the possibility is there. It just requires proper planning with regards to touring the parks.
Ugh!!! We are supposed to go to MK on Veterans Day….I’m kinda freaking out a bit.
Thanks Josh! Appreciate the time you put in.
Common sense guys, when Veterans day falls on a Mon, that weekend and the following week will be busier. Much less impact when Veterans day falls midweek.
I’m wondering how crazy Epcot will be on Mon, last day of F&W. We made Le Cellier reservatiobns before Disney extended F&W. Didn’t cancel. Hope it won’t be too bad. Josh, what do you think?
What are the chances of hollywood studios extending hours
