Just a heads up that Disney switched the Extra Magic Hours schedule around for the week of the Grand Opening of sections of New Fantasyland on December 6th. Magic Kingdom now has a morning Extra Magic Hour on Tuesday December 4th and Epcot has morning Extra Magic Hour on Thursday December 6th. A crowd calendar update will come shortly. This is kind of a bummer we had early an early ADR at Crystal palace on Dec 4th and planned on touring MK that day. We stay off site and was hoping for a quite Tuesday at MK. If we show up at 9am, will we be way behind the 8-ball or do you think crowds will still be manageable that early. I also notice that evening EMH at the MK is the night before, hopefuly that will keep numbers down Tuesday AM.

Looks like Disney also changed the hours for Wed., Dec. 6th and is closing now at 7:00pm instead of 8:00pm. Wishes now at 7:00pm instead of 8:00pm. No MSEP

Minniesota – I’m seeing Wed Dec 5th closing at 7p no MSEP as you said but Wishes at 6p.
I am so glad our last planned MK day is the 4th.. and now we get the bonus of morning EMH. I had thought of going for the Grand Opening but now I’m thinking AK as far away from MK as possible looks good.

Sorry, my mistakes on Wed’s date and the time of Wishes. You are correct on the time for Wishes. Too Much Fine Tuning of my plans. I can’t wait to see Josh’s crowd calendar update and his recommendations as I’m planning MK on Tue. and Epcot on Thurs.

The EMH is only a minor glitch in our plan but the change on the 5th is devastating. The only other day that week we can see MSEP is on Saturday when the crowds will be high and I already have a Segway tour booked at Epcot.
I wouldn’t mind so much if it was just us but this is my in-laws first time and my MIL’s all-time favorite moving is Pete’s Dragon. Aaargh.
