Well, hello! I've taken the jump and registered over here, after being a member at a different forum for a number of years. I recognize some of the names here and hope that this will be a fun and engaging experience!
Just thought I would post this for those who are planning to see the new Cars movie and who (like me) seem to always be buying batteries!
Specially marked packages of Rayovac batteries have a special code, which you can enter online to get a free pass to see Cars 2.
You can find the details at www.rayovac.com/cars2, but briefly:
1 code entitles you to a certificate for $3 off admission
2 codes entitle you to a certificate for $6 off admission
3 codes entitle you to a certificate for a free admission (up to $14)
You print the certificate from home, and it is good at participating theaters.
There is a limit of 12 codes per household.
You can also print a coupon for $1 off Rayovac batteries from their facebook page.
We got our batteries at Walmart. Just make sure they have Lightning McQueen or Mater on them, so you get the special code!
There were 15 participating theaters within 30 miles of my home, so hopefully you will have a similar experience as far as variety of participants.
Also, the coupon states that it is good for "any Disney/Touchstone movie." It expires 10/31/11.
