Looks good to me from what you've provided, though I assume you mean the "Holy Land Experience." I've never been there before.
Youth is wasted on the young.
It might help if you provided a bit more information. What time are you arriving at the parks (RD or late morning), what time are you taking breaks, when are your ADRs (if you have them), are these recommended parks on those days, what are your night time activities (so we can see if there are a lot of late nights followed by early mornings).
This will help others to give you good suggestions.
Summer months are brutal at Disney. I can't do more than 2 rope drops in a row. Animal Kingdom is especially tough, so big and lack of shade and just hard to handle in the summer. You really need a break day in there with nothing put the pool and maybe an evening show/park.
this are recomended days for this parks (sorry for my spelling Im beter at spanish) the breakfast is at 8:30am at Epcot, I'm planing to aarive to the parks at RD, also have some breaks during the day
