    January 31 - February 10 itinerary

Any suggestions appreciated. Traveling with my father 60, my husband 33 and my two daughters, will be 2 and almost 5. We seem to do best with a long day and an early dinner/ bedtime. Not sure about Fantasmic on our last night but not sure where else to put it. And my husband requires a rest day so he can sleep in. We spent a lot of time in lines for characters last fall so I'm planning lots of character meals to try to minimize it this time.

Jan. 31 arrival EP ADR Germany beirgarten 5:00
Feb 1st MK ADR Ohana 5:00
Feb 2nd AK ADR Tusker house breakfast 8:00am
Feb 3rd HS ADR Prime Time 5:00
Feb 4th EP ADR Akershus breakfast 8:00
Feb 5th MK ADR chef Mickeys 5:00
Feb 6th EP ADR San Angelo 5:00
Feb 7th rest day, ADR Be Our Guest 5:00 then MSEP
Feb 8th MK ADR Crystal Palace breakfast 8:00am
Feb 9th typhoon lagoon, HS Fantasmic dinner package

    Thanks for your help

If you're planning to stay late for Illuminations on the 6th, you may want to consider a later reservation, maybe 7:30 - 7:45, at San Angelo. We watched from there during dinner and it is a beautiful vantage point.
Totally addicted to Disney; needs a support group and possibly a laundry fairy

Hey there mommabear. Sorry for jumping in on this post but what's your opinion on San Angel for dinner? I'm undecided if I should make ADR there or Via Napoli or somewhere else. We will be at EP on the last day of our stay (Feb.4) at WDW and want to see Illuminations as a nice closer to the trip! Suggestions?
    I'm still here...just wishing I was there.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't San Angel the restaurant inside of the Mexican Pavillion?? If so.....that is completely closed off so no view of Illuminations. I believe you are thinking La Hacienda de San Angel which is the one by the waterway.

I just want to point out that with the later time on the ADR, sure you get a good view but there is a good chance of having to wait in line to be seated for up to 30 minutes and it is late so if the kids are needing to eat earlier.....then sticking with the earlier meal might be a better option.

Looking at your plan, I personally think that going from RD through a 5 PM dinner is pushing it but you know your family and what does and doesn't work. Since this is not your first trip, then I think that this plan will work just fine.

Thanks, for the input, I may even make the dinner reservations for earlier depending on what's available.
I was referring to the restaurant in the mexican pavilion cause I thought the boats would entertain the kids! However, we did eat at via Napoli last visit and loved it. The food was great!

You've probably made ADRs already, but yes, I was thinking of La Hacienda outside and yes, it is very nice both for viewing and for dinner. But, I haven't tried Via Napoli tho I hear great things there. I would say Illuminations would be a beautiful close to your vacation!
