Do they have photopass photographers at Downtown Disney?
Someone else may know better, but I've never seen any.

As far as I know, no. I believe there is still a photo studio inside guest services where you can purchase packages, but no photopass photographers out and about that I've ever seen.
No, I don't believe there are photopass people at DTD other than BBB. I think there was a photo studio at one time, but not sure if it is still there?

No I haven't seen any either. I'm not sure what they would necessarily photograph. I have seen more Photopass photographers around though it seems with the invention of PhotoPass Plus. For example, Photopass was at Casey Jr. today.
