Can you stop by a signature restaurant for just dessert and drink?

I'm interested in visiting Artist Point just for a dessert and a drink in the evening.
It requires a credit card guarantee for a dinner time ADR.
Any issue with me showing up and not eating a dinner entree?

No, obviously the server isn't going to be as happy as if you were buying three courses and a bottle of wine, but there isn't much they can about that. Disney certainly isn't going to remove you from the restaurant.
