Oct 28 or Nov 2 for MNSSHP?

Do you think the Sunday Oct 28 or Friday Nov 2 would be better? Or will both be so insanely crazy that it won't make a difference?

I'm anxious to hear too. We are there the same week and would like to attend one of those 2 parties.

Both should be very busy. I think October 28th would sell out and November 2nd wouldn't. But I'm not crazy about the idea of doing a Halloween party after Halloween, but I guess it's just as silly as doing it three days before. Which isn't to say that it is silly. If that makes any sense.

I have absolutely no evidence on this, but my thinking is that the Nov. 2nd could be less busy due to being AFTER Halloween. BUT it could also be busy b/c it's the last party. If it were me, I'd choose whichever fit my itinerary and touring plans better.

Thankfully my 3 year old will have no idea whether we do it actually on Halloween or not (and actually won't know the difference if we end up skipping it either) :D I'm leaning towards just playing it by ear and picking the night when we're there. I know there's a good chance for sell outs, but I won't be disappointed if we don't make it this trip. I don't want to get stuck with non-refundable tickets on a rainy night or if DD gets sick, which seems to be a trend at WDW. I think she'd love it, but I also dread the bus ride back to SSR afterwards so it may be best to save for a trip when we're staying at BLT. I just wish my work schedule didn't make traveling earlier in October impossible.
