    1900 Park Fare Supercalifragilistic Breakfast

5 stars! At the end of our trip, I went down the list of our ADRs and asked everyone which ones they'd want to repeat if they ever came back and which ones they wouldn't, in addition to asking them to pick 1 favorite. Everyone picked this breakfast as a repeater and 2 of us, myself and my mom, chose it as our favorite.

We had a 9:15 breakfast ADR here before our second full Epcot day. We took a taxi over from Animal Kingdom Lodge, leaving about 8:30, getting there in plenty of time to take a look at the lobby and a store at the GF. (My mom found a purse she decided to buy when we came back for dinner later in the week.) We checked in, had pictures taken, and got seated right away.

I'm not sure what is in the juice they serve but it was delicious. We all loved it, mom & I especially, and we liked being able to have juice & coffee with our meal. I had an omelet from the made-to-order station that was very good. The kids and I also enjoyed Mickey waffles. We loved the meats that were served. My mother also loved the strawberry soup. My husband, who doesn't eat pork and loves breakfast, found plenty at this buffet to eat. He asked someone behind the buffet if they had turkey sausage or bacon (they didn't have any out) and they made him turkey sausage. Very nice as we had not listed any allergies ahead of time for any buffets since we deal with buffets at home often enough.

I meant to take more food pictures but totally forgot once we were there. My mom took pictures of the kids' plates at 1900 Park Fare:

We really liked buffets while we were visiting because the kids were able to eat anything they wanted instead of being locked into the kids' meals that they would have gotten tired of if they hadn't had some variety with the buffets. The only thing I could say is that especially on a first visit, you probably don't "eat your money's worth" at the buffets because you are too worried about being away from your table when the characters arrive. But we sort of figured out when they were coming and had an adult there to get the kids back if necessary. Most seemed to get around to your table in a progression shortly after each other so that was over with and you could move on with your meal. However, a few plates did get cold while we were more concerned with pictures & autographs. Oh well!

I wish you could have seen my mom. She was just like a kid when Mary Poppins came to the table. She actually got up (unexpectedly) and told Mary she was her favorite and she'd seen her movie thousands of times when she was little. Then she started to take a picture of Mary's boots (white with red buttons which my mom had been going on about since she saw them across the room) and Mary looked at her a little funny. My mom says, "Oh, I'm sorry, do you mind if I take a picture of your boots. They're so pretty." Mary tells her of course, puts her leg out a little, and lifts her dress a tad for mom to take the pic and tells her all about just having the boots made. Then mom asks to have a picture with her too. It was soooo cute! I loved it. We are still talking about it.

Great food porn! We've only been here once, but we enjoyed it quite a bit as well. I love that your mom was having so much fun!
