    Pin Backs

Hannah lost the back to one of her pins. I'd like to get locking backs for all of her pins so she doesn't loose any.

Is eBay the best place to buy these or is there somewhere else I could get them? I checked mousepinsonline and they don't sell them.

Just a word of caution. We got locking pin backs for pins back in 2005. We lost the key to get them open. Bought a new pack of locking pins thinking we would use the key form that to get the old pins off. Nope. They must have changed the design of the key/locking backs and it would not fit. We went to several pin stands throughout the World and the pin Traders in DtD and no one could help us. So those pins are stuck on the lanyard for good.

I've read about the key getting lost being an issue. This brand doesn't use a key and I've read good things about them. If we were to ever get them......these are the ones that we would get!!!!

Not to hijack the thread but do you have a reputable pin dealer on e-bay that you would recommend? Our kids don't want to trade the ones we have and need some to get started.

Yeah...I found an older post on the DIS about problems with the locking pin backs people purchased at the parks. I know I don't want anything like that!
