Leaving baggage at resort before you check-in

We are staying at Pop Century for 1 night before our AKV reservation begins. Will bell service at AKV or AKL hold our bags until we check-in the following morning?

Personally, I would not store my luggage overnight with Bell Services. They probably would, but that's not really what Bell Services is for. Instead, you could have Disney move your bags for you. Either way, don't forget to tip when your bags are brought to your room at AKV.

How are you getting your bags to AKV to begin with? If you have a car, then I'd just leave the bags you aren't using at POP in the car until you check in at AKV. If you are using Disney Transpo......this would be a huge deal to get it to AKV to begin with. And if you are using a Car service.....you'll end up having to pay more to move them.

Personally I would either have them transferred over the next morning (we have done this twice now without any problems) or you could hop in a cab and ride over to AKV with the luggage to check in. And of course....if you have your own car, just leave the bags in the trunk to start with.

Thanks, Brenda. I wasn't sure if it was safe to leave bags in the car overnight, but if it is we will probably do that. I don't think we will be arriving at Pop until 8pm, so will just need a small overnight bag. I have no problem using bell services or tipping, just looking for the easiest and quickest route. This is the first time we will have a car with us at Disney, so I am trying to figure out when it is beneficial to drive verses using Disney transportation.
