    Hi there! ? re: tickets

Hi, this is my first post here, but y'all seem friendly, so here goes....the Disney resistor Hubby and I are going for our first trip in December (12/19-12/23....I know, the dates are TERRIBLE, but it is for a specific event, so there you have it.)

We started off booking through a TA, then we got wise and have rented DVC points, saving us a bundle. It looks like we need 5 day park hoppers - is undercover tourist a good resource? How difficult is it getting them transferred to the KTTW/is that possible?

    Thanks in advance!

Hello and Welcome! I will say a couple of things but I am not close to an expert so someone else who knows more will come along soon.
I think it was decided you cannot put it on you KTTW.
My other question is are you sure you really need park hoppers?

UCT is a very reputable and reliable ticket reseller. I purchase tickets from them anytime I am not buying a Disney pkg.
I'd be sure you actually need hoppers before you buy tickets. If you are not sure you can always add once at Disney- same cost now or then.

You might want to lay out your itinerary before you buy tickets to determine if hoppers are needed- tickets should actually be one of the last things you buy for your trip.

Whether you can put tickets on KTTW - I am pretty sure you can- just ask at check in- might send you to concierge to do it for you- I know we have done it in the past.
But I don't really think it's totally necessary to have them attached.
It's nice to have tickets separate from room keys with charging privileges for pulling FPs, etc.

Welcome to easyWDW-how fun to be planning your first trip!

Thanks, Y'all! We are staying BCV, so I think hoppers would be best; I will work the itinerary to make sure, but I think we will go to Epcot for dinner some evenings. I appreciate the help!

That makes sense. It is much easier to hop over to Epcot when you are staying at BCV or BW.

Just wanted to say that I agree with Christine that not getting them on your cards can be so nice. For example, one of you can run and get FPs while the other one orders and pays for lunch using the room charge. It is very nice and convenient. I always thought that I liked them better all together until our last trip when we had APs (so obviously separate). I'll never purposefully put them together again!!!

We have had them both ways as well, and really it is no big deal for them to be separate. If you family would ever split up for anything, I would say keep them separate.
