    Hs 9/20 :)

    Tues 9/20: HS (9am-7pm)

Sleep in until about 8:00 (if possible!)
Ride Toy Story Mania--get FP for later use as well
    Muppets 3D

    11:00 Split Up:
me, ds2 and dd5 arrive at Beauty and the Beast for 11:30 show
dh and ds7 arrive at Jedi Training Show for 11:45 show (try to get DS7 picked!)

Meet at Pizza Planet for lunch (we are eternally grateful) (QS credit)

1 parent & ds2 back to resort for nap; ds7 & dd5 have option of staying for parade w/other parent
Honey I Shrunk the Kids Set
    3:00 Pixar Parade
3:45 dh and ds2 leave room to head to bus stop
4:30 Meet dh and ds2 at Disney Jr, Live! for 5:00 show
Me and kids ride Toy Story Mania while dh rides RR
6:30 Dinner at Hollywood and Vine (Hola, Handy Manny!) (TS credit)

Is it feasable that I would ride TSM by myself with the three kids? Dh will be riding RR at this time. Is there room for 4 people in the cars on TSM?

I'm not very good at this, but there's some stuff that I can see:

Are you imagining you'll get to HS around 10? That's my guess. I suspect you won't be done with TSMM by 11:00 let alone that AND Muppets.
I don't think your plan to have DS picked at Jedi Training by arriving at the show will work. They've changed the selection process.
I think the mid-day nap might be too short once you figure in all the travel time.
There's not room for four people in the TSMM vehicles.

If not riding TSM at RD the standby line will be extremely long (1 hr maybe). FPs could be gone as early as 10:30. So you'll most likely only be able to ride once (get a FP on arrival, but don't wait to ride it standby). It's actually very important to be at HS before RD is you want to ride TSM more than once.
For Jedi training, parent and child need to go there in the morning to signup to be in a show that day. It's first come first serve (i.e first kids in line will be signed up for 1st show). You will receive a slip of paper listing what show the child will be in. You leave and return 30 minutes before that show and your child is guaranteed. Not sure how fast they fill up the shows, but you may be taking a risk that late in the morning.

The TSM cars have 4 separate seats - two seats next to each other that are back-to-back with the other two seats.

Oh yeah. I would feel like I'm not riding with my child if they are in the same vehicle, but in the seats behind me. I guess that's why I imagine the vehicles having only two seats. Oops.

DHS is not the park to plan on a sleep in day!
Can you make RD this day-? you could all be done by 2- take a break/nap and return just for dinner. You'll miss parade but in the Sept heat I think you'll be better off without it!

    Something like this-

    RD
FPV TSM- 1 adult/2kids could ride standby now
    Others to Jedi sign up
FPV RnRC as soon as window opens (9:40)-singles is not always operating
9:55 Meet for Jedi-hope he gets into 1st show
    10:30 Disney Jr
DH-use RnRC FP- others get seats at BaTB
    11:30 BaTB
    12 Lunch
    Muppets or HISTK
    Use TSM FP

    Break
Return by 5:30- you can do HISTK or Muppets before dinner if not done
    6:30 Dinner
    Christine

Be silly. Be honest. Be kind.

Somehow I had not gleaned this fact from all my reading; thanks for pointing that out. I think that we'll fare just fine if we get there for RD and then leave at about 2:00 for a nice nap in the afternoon rather than sleeping in but getting a quicker nap. Good thinking!
