Has Anyone done Gluten Free?

Just wondering my daughter is now Gluten free and I am trying to figure out if there is any chance that there may be fish sticks that are GF in WDW. I know there are chicken nuggets but was hoping....
Just realized the title may be confussing as I am not talking about Grand Floridian but I do not know how to edit the title...Sorry...

This might help. The fish and chips at Raglan Road are purportedly gluten free.
