Best way to cancel ADR?

While you are in the world, what is the easiest way to cancel an ADR? On the WDW site, I often get an error when trying to cancel, plus we wont have our computer. We will have a blackberry so could use that or call. If we call, is there an internal number from the room or is it the 407 wdw dine?

Sorry, don't have a number for you, but whenever I've needed to cancel, I've known far enough in advance to go to the front desk at my resort early in the morning and just tell them. They can bring them up there. Of, course this only works, if you're on site.

I did it from my phone in the park on the mobile dining site - worked perfectly.

There is no internal on-site number for mere mortals to call - just the 407-WDW-DINE # - as far as I know.

To cancel via phone you do have to use the regular number, and that often means waiting on the phone. You should be able to cancel at the desk at your hotel (if on property), at guest services in the park, and via the mobile dining site.

Thanks! I had no idea I could cancel at the desk or guest services! Good to know! I will also try to find the mobile dining site before we leave.

You used to be able to do it at any restaurant podium. I remember in 2007 we had reservations at LTT and we decided to make it a WS day. I went to Germany to make a reservation at the Biergarten and they had no availability, but they were able to grab me a Tutto reservation and cancel my LTT one.
