Best Rooms

My family of 4 is staying at SSR 9/9-18 2011. We have decided to stay in The Congress and was hoping for some recommendations from members who have stayed there. I have requested the bldg with rms 1500-1800 with a first floor as my husband has trouble with stairs. We would like to have a view of DTD but we really enjoy our privacy. Any suggestions? Thanks to all in advance!

Wish I had some ideas for you, but we have never stayed in Congress Park only in the Springs.

Don't worry about the stairs-SSR has elevators. I love Congress Park-I have stayed there 2 times. Their Leisure Pool is so nice and pretty big...great view of DTD from pool. The walk to DTD is 5 - 10 minutes. I don't remember our room number, but both times we had a really nice view of DTD. SSR is a very quiet resort, and I rarely saw people in the outside hallways, so it has a very private feeling. Have a great time!
