I hope we can post general photos...I was able to capture this moment pretty well and wanted to share. I also want some advice as to whether I should mess with it at all - especially thinking about the exposure.

No, see rule 14b section iii that stipulates no general photos of any kind will be tolerated. Just kidding, I think. I don't think it's against the rules.
As far as the picture, I think it looks great! Nice timing since it's probably hard to do a reshoot.

Let's see...it isn't a general photo, not really. I'm just trying to practice the timing so I can capture a similar picture at the leaping fountains in Epcot. There! I've made it relevant.
Thanks for the encouragement.

Looks fine to me too. Very Epcot "leaping fountains relevant". :RpS_thumbup:

Cute pic, and good capture!
I would think about cropping it a bit, to put the focus more on the action.
Here's what Lightroom did with the contrast/brightness/saturation.

Fountains tip: Don't stand in the puddles, you'll get hit by the water sooner or later. Have the sun in front of you and use fill-in flash for kids getting soaked.
My interpretation;

Nicely done Pam. I may have to look into Lightroom. Is that your go to program for post processing?
