Take the "OUCH" out of a hot seat

What has anyone who uses an ECV at WDW done, to keep from burning the back of their thighs on the hot vinyl seat of the ECV? I have thought of bringing along a large beach towel to cover the whole seat. Is there something that might be less cumbersome? I thought maybe a patio furniture seat cushion might work, but it looks too fluffy to have the seat back folded over it.

Any ideas?

I just took a towel from the room and it worked fine. As a "rain cover" I brought a cheap shower curtain liner and clothes pins, kept them in a gallon ziploc bag stored either in the basket of the ecv or the back pocket of the seat. Worked well.
