One of group no longer coming

Hi I am new to this forum and not sure if I have posted this in the right bit so apologies if not. I have booked and paid for holiday in full and got free dining when buying park tickets with it. One of our group is no longer able to come :( My question is as we won't get refund do we get to use the extra dining credits?

Why won't you get a refund? If you're going with a free dining promotion then you're still outside of the 45 day cancellation window so you can modify your reservation very easily to remove that individual. There's no cancellation fee when doing so before the 45 day mark and you will get a refund of the cost of that person's park ticket as well as any additional adult charge that you may have paid if you had more than 2 adults in the room.

Let you MIL know that she will get her money back if she just calls CRO and updates the reservation (or her travel agent if she used one). Also, welcome to the forums!!

Actually.....when are you going?? I know that there were some PIN discounts for free Dining in May so if you are going in May.....then you are past the 45 day window and would be charged $50 to remove the person from the package.

I guess to give you a complete answer, we need a little more information such as when are you going, how many are in the room, is this person an adult or child, etc.

D'oh! I didn't realize there had been some free dining pins for May. Sorry. I made an assumption and we all know what that does. Brenda's right that if the trip is in less than 45 days there's a fee.
