Is the Undercover Tourist ticket page broken?

I decided to crunch the ticket numbers today. The regular Undercover Tourist 6 day adult MYW tickets (and the super secret newsletter ones) or the ones with WPFAM actually cost MORE than straight from Disney, despite the claims made on the page. I'm seeing that I'm hitting a bad pricepoint (with 7 days being less), but what is up with that??? I was going to go with them since their discounts seemed awesome, but when I actually did the comparison, it seems they are full of ... lies.

The ones at Disney do not include tax. UT shows tax up front.

It's not UT that is lying, it's Disney that is being disingenuous.

The only way to see the complete, actual price you'll pay from DW is to place the tickets in your cart and get about halfway through the order process, then your actual total shows up.

Ah ha! I clicked through both and you are correct. Yes, the tricksy one on the pricing is Disney. Then UT has free shipping as well. Thanks for your help!

I wonder if it's part of their agreement that they have to quote the prices including tax. It would certainly make more sense to quote them without as far as selling tickets. I'm sure a lot of people see the prices on UT and think otherwise.

When I went back to click through, I did notice is says "includes tax", but it is in normal size bold font ... doesn't stick out. Disney doesn't mention tax until you try to check out. If I was UT, I'd make that blurb more noticable!

P.S. I couldn't recall ever paying sales tax on admission to local attractions, so I had to go look it up. I found an official government tax blurb that says:

In most states (but not Ohio), admissions are subject to sales tax.
So yeah, I wasn't expecting sales tax at all, let alone an included/not pricing issue!

I'm from Oregon, where we don't have sales tax on anything. It's tough for me to get my brain around it when we travel!
