Grand Floridian to Fort Wilderness

I'm trying to figure out how long it will take to get from Grand Floridian to Fort Wilderness, specifically Tri Circle D Ranch. I assume I would be using the boat?

Also I would be going to Wilderness Lodge afterwards.

I would budget an hour. You're taking the monorail to Magic Kingdom, then walking to the boat launch and waiting for the boat to arrive/board, and then taking the boat over. The Ranch won't be too far from the marina. It's going to be a pretty long trip.

I'd still leave an hour early, but instead, take the monorail to the Contemporary, then take the boat from the Contemporary to FW.
