A Tentative First Timers Itinerary for Oct 2011

Hi, we ( mum,dad,13 and a 9 yr old) will be staying on i-drive, no car,from 14th t28th Oct.Would appreciate any opinions/suggestions on my itinerary.
Arrive after 9 hr flight on Fri 14th, settle in.
Sat 15th AK

Sun 16th Aquatica

Mon 17th DHS

Tues 18th IoA

Wed 19th Busch

Thurs 20th Aquatica then DHS for Fantasmic/Sci Fi Diner for Dessert !

Fri 21st Universal

Sat 22nd Seaworld

Sun 23rd Aquatica and Cheese cake factory

Mon 24th IoA and Universal

Tues 25th MK and DTD meal at TREX

Wed 26th Aquatica and MK for Electric Parade and Wishes

Thurs 27th Epcot/illuminations 9-9pm

Fri 28th ready for home !

I have a 7 day MYW tickets, and the others are unlimited for 2 wks. No Disney water parks. I have used Aquatica as a rest day ! Mum and Dad are non swimmers ! Thank you.

There is a sticky at the top of this four that might help you add a littel more data for us. That way, we can give you some really well advised feedback. Right nw, there is a bit too much left to our imagination, ya know?

If you don't have a car, how do you plan on getting around? Are you taking a cab everywhere?? I stay off property all the time... and would never, ever dream to do so without a car. Especially not for 2 weeks!!

Are you planning on gOing to parks every morning at RD? That might get a bit old after day, oh, maybe 3 or 4!

I hope you give us a bit more data so we can help you a bit more. With what you have told us, I think it looks a bit overwhelming, but it's hard to tell.

Hi mousehelper, thanks for stepping into my hectic itinerary ! I feel it was unfair of me to ask advice/opinions as a lot of my days are non Disney, and this is a WDW forum after all ! We will hire a car now, so thanks for that. I love the website, and this forum is amazing too. Thank you.

Don't feel like it is unfair to post your itinerary. That is not what Judy was saying at all. It is just that all you have listed above is a list of dates and a park you are going to. In order for us to give you some real feedback on the itinerary, we need to know things such as if you have any ADRs and what time they are. Are you planning on arriving at the parks for RD? Are you taking a break? Are you wanting to try to go from sun up to sun down?.....etc. For example: my first full day looks like this: AK for RD/Y&Y 11:30 AM/Stay until about 5 PM/return to our resort at AKV to play in pool and evening off. We don't need to know what attractions you are planning on doing each day.....just the basic outline of your day. Then we can give you some real feed back on how to make the plan work the best.

Hi blyday,if this makes sense, i think after i posted my itinerary i thought maybe i shouldn't have posted all my non Disney days as there are quite a few. It certainly wasn't anything to do with what mousehelper suggested, she was very kind and i appreciated her help and advice, as i do yours.
I will look through my Disney days again and re-post them with adr's/breaks etc. Many thanks.:RpS_smile:
