Okay, I just finally did it! I joined Weight Watchers Online. I never had to struggle much with weight until I turned 50:RpS_blink: But once that day hit my metabolism took a nosedive! I had made two conditions for going to WDW this November. We would pay cash only for the entire trip including food, souvies, EVERYTHING. This made my hubby happy. I also want to lose the 15 lbs. that have crept on over the past 1 1/2 years! I have little willpower when it comes to food. I hate to exercise! I teach first graders and I am spent by the end of the school day. I hope losing weight ups my energy level, too. Has anyone followed this program or have any advice? I am off to eat some oatmeal instead of the chocolate cake that is setting on the counter.......

Thanks Lisa and Jill! I made it through yesterday. The real test will be Monday at school in the teacher's lounge. Our staff really likes to bake and bring in all kinds of goodies. I may have to eat lunch in my room:RpS_smile:

Good Luck!

I have been thinking about joining WW's as well. I would like to lose about 20 lbs. I have to be in the right frame of mind to really stick to it and right now probably isn't the best time.
