Have you considered just renting a stroller when you get to the park - a big Disney double? Even with 3 little ones, I think that getting on/off the bus without the stroller would be easier than with one. Then you only have to deal with walking from your room to the bus stop, or gate to the bus stop.

When we stayed at Pop last time, we ended up in line a few mornings with a lady and her three kids. Her oldest daughter was 6, her middle boy was around 4, and her youngest was under 2. She had a great process, she had a backpack on her back with everything that most people would put in a stroller, and would fold the stroller when she saw the bus coming. She held the 2-yr old, and the older kids held hands and stood in front of her. The two oldest would get on the bus first and they knew to walk to empty seats nearest the back door and sit down. She would get on, carrying the youngest in one arm and the stroller behind in the other.

When we were behind her in line the first day, my Hubby took the stroller for her. The second day we were further back in line - no one offered so she did it herself with no trouble.

Her two oldest were normal kids, not perfectly behaved, but they knew that getting on the bus properly was important, and that they needed to do it right.

Getting off the bus, they waited until everyone else exited, she led carrying the youngest and stroller and the two youngest followed her. She would get off, pop the stroller open and put the baby in, then turn help the other two if needed.

It seemed to work very well.

Also, other vacationers are always happy to help if you ask - I wouldn't see anything wrong with asking someone to carry your stroller into the bus if you aren't comfortable carrying it and your 2 year old at the same time.

Just don't feel rushed, take your time and be safe!
