Would there be any way to add a dining package? I didn't see a way to do it through the Priceline site but would it be possible to call Disney and add it after booking through Priceline?

No those Priceline / Expedia / Travelocity type deals are normally room only and you can't add dining. Basically the travel site/aggregator is your travel agent as well - Disney will not communicate with you directly on your reservation.

The only way to get dining is to buy a Disney package (room + minimum tickets) either through Disney or a TA that is selling Disney packages.
