Please take a look at my touring plan and let me know how I should reorder things, etc. Yes, we know that this is an all day plan; we have been doing it this way with TGM’ers help since 2006 - we are young and it doesn't tire us out. Have fun picking it apart.

I would FP then ride Soarin'.
Save Spaceship earth for a lot later in the day. I would do it when you go back to FW to ride Soarin'.
No Mission Space? (cause I would put that in after Test Track if you were doing it).
No Turtle Talk? That is so much better than the Nemo ride.
I think the rest looks okay, but longer than we could handle being in Epcot. Especially when it will be so hot in September.

I echo what Vicki has said-
SE later in day and would stick Nemo/Crush right after Soarin- get a FP for TT rather than try standby at the time you have it.
What time are your ADRs? Try to get both Mexico and Norway rides done before lunch- right when they open at 11.
Any interest in SOAT? If so -FPV and ride Soarin- ride SOAT- FPV TT then do Nemo/Crush maybe 10:20 show

Save Spaceship earth for a lot later in the day.Totally agree. It's the first thing you see when you walk in, and many people do it first. It's not uncommon to have a 10-15 minute line early in the day, yet be able to walk on in the afternoon or evening.

As late in the day as possible for shortest waits
That's a ton of walking, especially to walk all the way around the World Showcase and all the way to Soarin' and all the way back up to Italy for dinner. If you're actually there for rope drop, you should be able to return to Soarin with FASTPASSes before 11am without any problem, which would eliminate the need to walk all the way there before dinner.
Have you considered switching the Via Napoli and Mexico restaurants? You could get up to Italy by noon without much trouble for lunch and then you wouldn't have to walk all the way back through the World Showcase at night to get to Italy. My personal recommendation would be to do La Hacienda de San Angel instead around 8pm so you can get a view of IllumiNations from inside the restaurant. I'm not wild about San Angel Inn, but if it's one of your favorites by all means keep it.
Spaceship Earth will have a maximum wait time of around ten minutes after noon. As others have said, you'd be better off waiting until after the Seas with Nemo and Friends. Since it looks like you're headed up to the World Showcase as soon as it opens, you should be fine heading back to it around 10:30am although technically it's better to hold off until after 1pm. You still shouldn't be looking at a wait longer than ten minutes.
