any comments or suggestion on my plan (if improvement can be made on walking distance let me know - I will have small - my own stroller for both of DD5 and DD8 but my DH and I will be walking!!!):

I'd like to see you get that EE FP much sooner and you are really doing a lot of crisscrossing!

No real need to ride Safari at RD- that can be FPVd too.
Kali- if you ride it- make it at end of day- you will get soaked- no fun being cold and wet in those AC thearers!

Would you be OK with a little bit later lunch? Snacks in am? or early lunch?

that was my first plan, but then look at Josh info on blog. it says if possible do FoLK first show (less people). for the lunch at 12:25 yes it is possible. no one will ride dino (too scary and Dh not interested). I also heard that Pangani gets crowded in the morning just after the first KS is over. what do you think? on Kali if we have puncho do we still get soaked? I want to do safari at RD since the animals are more awake apparently. do I have time to ride Kali between FoW and Nemo (let say I can get through FP line? - it is what 15 minutes?)

I've been on Safari dozens of times at all diff times of day and TBH- the very best Safaris I've ever had were in the afternoon. The animals are acclimated to Disney park hours- they are out all day- but in the plan I posted you are riding it at RD then again later w/FP if you want.

This day- Dec 6 is not a super high crowd level- I really would not worry at all about how crowded the trails might be at any given time.
Nor would I worry about getting to first FoTLK- we usually get there 15 min tops preshow and walk right in to a not full theater. The 10 show is right smack in prime touring time as well.

I would rather tour the parks in a systematic nature than crisscross back and forth so much- that's a lot of wasted time and energy. I'll take the less walking over a possibly slightly busy trail any day

Ex: In your orig plan- FoTLK is as far away from Kali/MJT as it gets- completely opposite corners of the park. Easily a 12/15 min walk if nobody gets in your way!

Kali- we wear ponchos and usually still get somewhat wet- you need large heavy duty ponchos that can tuck under your bum and around your feet and legs.

Not sure which show times you mean
10:30 FoW is out at 11- Kali takes about 15/20 min at most thru FP line.
11:45 Nemo- you want to be there by 11:30.
So in theory it is doable

Thank you again. I will take your advise on this one. can you tell me what is the fastest route from Pangani to EE fast pass, is it through Discovery Island? what about getting from Pangani to TS? and from EE to Flame Tree?

You have to almost always go thru Discovery Island

Pangani to EE/TS- I'd go around back of Tree to Asia- grab FP, cont on to DL- not really any need to split up

EE to FTB- past Nemo theater -along water- cross bridge to FTB- probably the less crowded route
or
back thru Asia past Kali/MJT and cross bridge to FTB

When you exit EE you are on the Nemo/DL side

finally we did the following (to avoid walking back and forth, my youngest was still pretty sick:

12:40 FTB - we took a longer lunch break since my MiL was not feeling well after EE

it was a great day, however AK was my least favorite park. I was deceived by KS and Kali (was expecting a lot more). we did love Nemo and especially FoLK (our favorite of all shows). Thank you all for your tips!

We were there the same day! It was a great day to tour that park and we had a blast, too. Here's what we did:

Agree on this not being our favorite park either, but it proved to be a nice "down" day in the midst of the rest of the days.
