Please take a look at my touring plan and let me know how I should reorder things, etc. Yes, we know that this is an all day plan; we have been doing it this way with TGM’ers help since 2006 - we are young and it doesn't tire us out. HS days have always been yellow for us because of fantasmic. Have fun picking it apart.

Hi jrs1984!! Welcome to easyWDW forums!!!
I know that you've already been asked to move this to this forum but I'm going to recommend that you break this up a bit. When you put all of your days into one post, it kind of gets that "elephant" feeling and less people are likely to comment on it. When you break each day up into it's own thread, then it is more "bite size" and not as overwhelming for people to comment on.

FPV TSM first then ride
After that I'd go to RnRC- ride then FPV- the line will build there a lot faster than at GMR
You might need a FP for ST
I'd also line up for Indy by 11:10- we've found standing room only there even on low crowd days so Muppets or ST may need to be after lunch
What time are your ADRs? Helps if we have those details!
RD
FP and Ride TSM
Ride then FPV RnRC
9:45/10ish GMR
10:15/10:30ish ST (or Muppets then FPV ST before line up for Indy)
Etc.

I don't have my ADR times yet...window hasn't opened...will I be able to get two FP's back to back or will there be enough time in between? Do you think the new Star Tours will be busier?

You can't get 2 FPs back to back- but your TSM FP return/next window should be before 10 as long as you are first at RD/FP machines.
ST might be busier- no way of knowing yet. If it has FP operating much easier to FP that, move on to a non-FP attraction and use at your convenience.
Be sure you understand how FP works- here's the sticky-

For this day- lunch ADR at 12:15 works if you want to see Indy at 11:30. Then for dinner make sure it's early enough that you are done in time to line up for F- or get an FDP.
LMA at 4:30- lets out about 5:15 so anytime after that would work 5:20, 5:30, etc
Are you on the Deluxe Dining Plan?
You might want to do a quick service lunch and do the Fantasmic Dining Package at Mama Melrose (5pm is the latest dinner for that). You could also do Mama Melrose for lunch on the Fantasmic Dining Package and do Sci Fi for dinner if you're keeping that Lights, Motors show at 4:30pm.
As others have said, Great Movie Ride doesn't need to be a morning priority and you're much better off going to Rock N Roller Coaster immediately after Toy Story Mania. You're also not scheduled to pick up any FASTPASSes after 10am or so. You may want to collect additional FASTPASSes throughout the day, especially for Star Tours which may or may not have long morning waits. I wrote an article about Star Tours reopening here: http://www.easywdw.com/news/expected-effect-of-star-tours-the-adventures-continue-star-tours-3d-on-hollywood-studios/
I think you'll have enough time in the afternoon to schedule another stage show if you want. Assuming you get a 12:20pm lunch reservation, they'll probably have you out of there by 1:30pm at the latest unless you're ordering three+ courses. That gives you three hours to complete the Backlot Tour, and do Toy Story Mania and Rock N Roller Coaster with FASTPASSes. You might want to do Voyage of the Little Mermaid and the Art of Disney Animation in there along with the Great Movie Ride.
