2 1/2 MK Days

Myself, hubby, my mom, ds7, dd8.

Sat 5/5 This is our arrival day. We'll arrive at MCO at 10 am, take Magical Express to AKL, have lunch at Mara, then head to MK. This is the only non-recommended day we are doing during the trip but to do that we are starting out at DHS Sunday-won't get to MK til Wed. but I think my kids (& I) will want to see the castle so we will head to MK with nothing big (I think) planned. I tried to pick things that say they aren't really crowded, shows, stuff like that.

So, if we get there by 1:00
we want to get our ears at Le Chepeau
time to see Mickey at Town Hall?
2ish Dream Along with Mickey show
Liberty Square Riverboat
3 Parade

If anyone has any ideas on how to do it, I would really appreciate it because I am totally lost.

Dumbo needs to be done at RD.
AO and Speedway should be at RD as well
HM does not have FP
BTMRR is scheduled to be closed thru 5/28

Let's start with your arrival day- as it is you have too much stuff in plan- TSI needs about an hour- so that won't fit this day

If you arrive at 1
FPV Mickey and maybe FPV Buzz or something simple
Get ears, see castle, pics, etc
2:15 Dream Along- just stay on Main now for parade
3 Parade
3:30 Use Buzz FP
4 Riverboat or HoP- both run on half hour or see CBJ or Phil- keep it simple!
4:30 Take train to front of park
Mickey w/FP
5 Flag Ceremony
Leave for GF
Dinner at 6- should be OK.

The other days both need a lot of rearranging-I'll tackle later.

If you are planning a RD- til done day why not do TS lunch at Tony's? See MISICI at 11- then lunch at Tony's 11:30- finish the afternoon with fillers, FPs. End the day with CS dinner by 4:30/5 then leave or just do CS dinner at your resort.

OK- Your Day 2 plan (Wed 5/9) as written has you riding Dumbo at about 10- that means a wait of at least 30 min! Lunch won't be til well past 2 in that plan. Most definitely will not be out by 1!
You need to move Dumbo to RD on this day then hit AO/Speedway at RD on 5/11.
Rapunzel also needs to be done at RD or maybe you can just walk by the garden and peek at her- not do the whole M&G thing?
I'll leave that out for now.

You basically just have too much in your plans- there is not enough time in the day for all the repeats you have listed.
Prioritize! and make sure you are riding things at their best times so you don't spend any of your limited time waiting in lines ;)
