I know this is a lame question, but I haven't been as tuned in to WDW stuff or planning as I usually am. Can you check this over and see if I missed any "biggie" character meets that require planning or specific timing? I know a lot has changed since we were last there in February.
Magic Kingdom
* Mickey and Minnie, FP @ Town Square
* Princesses, FP @ Town Square
* Tink/Fairies @ Adventureland plan to be there before 9:15 opening
* Rapunzel @ Storybook Garden (or whatever it's called where Belle used to be) plan to be there in advance of first show
* Toy Story characters near Splash Mountain plan to be there close to 10 - important to us for Jessie
* Tiana @ Liberty Square Bridge check Times Guide
* Alice/White Rabbit near Tea Cups about 9:30 am
* Mary Poppins near Carousel about 9:30 am
Epcot
* Fab 5 @ Character Spot @ rope drop
* Winnie the Pooh/ Mary Poppins @ UK check times guide
* Snow White/Dopey @ Germany check times guide
Hollywood Studios
* Toy Story characters near Toy Story Mania check times guide
* Sorcerer Mickey @ Animation Studio (time? near/before opening)
* Various characters @ Hat @ rope drop
* Mike and Sully check times guide
Animal Kingdom
* Pooh/Tigger/Eeyore @ Character Landing near Rope Drop
* Camp Minnie-Mickey Fab 5, only if time, not close to end of Lion King
I know that's a lot of morning/near rope drop stuff, but my almost 3 year old (and hopefully the 1 year old too) is really into characters and we don't do a lot of the headline attractions. Also, we'll be there for two weeks in October and two in January so we have a lot of rope drops to work with.
(PS I did ask this on another site as well...so you're not having deja vu if you read it before :P)
In tomorrowland, we saw Buzz, stitch, and "space" chip n dale. The only one I ever saw with a line was Buzz. Stitch was wondering around, unloved.
Stitch and Daisy seem to be regulars at Epcot Future world, near the entrance.
Don't forget Characterpalooza at DHS, in the animation building from 4:50-5:50 on nights when there is not an "early" fantasmic. No telling who may be there.
Rafiki meets at Rafiki's planet watch. I think Jimminy Cricket may be there, too? I could be way off on that one, though. We didn't do FPW this trip.

I think Snow White might be on her own....haven't seen Dopey with her even though some sites still list him as being there. Note that the Monsters Inc characters (Sully and Mike Wazowski) are way in the back area near where the Backlot Tour is...it's sometimes hard to find their hidden area. I think the only Toy Story characters in Pixar Place (near TSM ride) are Woody and Buzz. Looks like you've got all the biggies on your list. Next week I'm just looking for Woody, Buzz, Rapunzel and Tink if we have time (we got all the others who are important to us over a couple other trips) - also the characters in France and UK at Epcot.

Two weeks ago Mary Poppins was close by the M&M/princess FP machines at MK. That was probably around 9:30am.
Pocahontas was at Rafiki's Planet Watch, along with Jiminy Cricket. We didn't see Rafiki this last time.

Dopey and Snow White were together when we were there in May. Not sure about anything more recent than that.
If you are in MK on a MNSSHP night, but before the close, you may get to see the Dr. Villian (can't remember his name off hand) from Princess and the frog. He was not far from Tiana, but not meeting "with" her. This was in the last 2 hours before close, and we passed by him twice. Cool hands on him!

Oh, if Dopey IS around I'll have to stop in Germany and see him. DD has already met Snow White (a great one on a Disney Cruise who looked JUST LIKE her) so we weren't going to stop for the meet there. I think I saw Mary Poppins walking by the carousel once, too, last November. Her actual meet with real times and all is in the UK at Epcot.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add to my first post, we've seen Peter Pan a few times to the left of Philharmagic. There's a little nook between it and Castle Couture.

Also, is Pirate Goofy near POTC? I'd heard that he replaced the female pirate character from the last movie.

3 weeks ago, we got to see Mexican Donald in Mexico in WS Epcot. My DS also loved meeting Duffy in Epcot. (And got to see him in MK during MNSSHP!)

Back in May 2010 we met Daisy with Donald near the Sorcerer's Hat at DHS in the morning, and Pooh was there with Piglet as well. It was cool to do these easy meets while another adult in our group took our tickets and did the TSM dash for Fastpasses (we didn't care about riding Standby first thing).

I wish someone had a Character Touring Plan....who should you see first, then go to adventureland and work backwards? At HS should go see Lightning first or Animation?

I would save the Animation Bldg at DHS for later in the day, because on nights when they don't have the earlier Fantasmic show (say, the 6:30ish one, which I don't think exists this month anyway) there's the "characterpalooza" in the character meet area where you'll see a lot of sometimes rare characters between 4:50 and 5something pm. I was in there when I had no camera other than my former bad-photo-taking cell phone, and they had Smee, Genie, Captain Hook, Snow White, and the usual Incredibles, Lotso (at the time....he's been replaced by Pooh now), and Sorcerer Mickey. I think I took a blurry photo of Mrs. Incredible (no kids with me so I didn't stand in line to meet them properly), mainly because whenever I was in there before Frozone was with Mr. Incredible and I never got the Mrs. But yeah, hunt down Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater (statues) when you have more energy earlier in the day and save the Animation Bldg for later.

I can't wait to see what DS (who is severely autistic) sees his life size favorite characters, I will be probably shed many tears:RpS_smile:

Went to the animation building today around 4:15. F! was scheduled for 8pm and exactly at 4:50, several characters came out as expected for about 20 min each and then more replaced them and more came out again to replace the 2nd wave.
In one hour, we saw Jafar, Mary Poppins w/ penguin, Captain Hook & Smee, Minnie & Pluto and Stitch in the first wave. The next wave was Pinocchio & Gipetto, Meeko, Genie, Chip-n-Dale, and Green Army Man. The final wave was Belle, Rafiki, and Goofy.
We didn't get everyone's signature at Character-palooza, but we did get a lot. So glad, we waited around for it! Hoping your families get to experience it!
