I know I need to quit reading at "that other place" but the rpts of MNSSHP are scaring me. :RpS_confused: I'm seeing that CMs are not cking wrist bands & that lines for characters and rides are long.

I need a plan with times. Structure is my friend! :RpS_thumbup:

We are arriving at 4pm on Sunday 10/16
ride Space
grab a hot dog at Caseys &
get in line for Dwarves
not sure what to do after that
but we want to see Hallow-wishes then
2nd Parade

We don't care about candy but we do want to:
ride HM
see Mickey & Minnie & princesses & princes
see Pooh & friends if possible
meet Tarzan & Jane
see Mix & Mingle

From what I'm reading, lines may be too long to do these few things. What to do? What to do?

Hopefully someone who is just back can give some suggestions.

I'm in the same boat. Josh did post this in another thread. I plan on using this as a guide (minus some of the characters).

Assuming you want to get pictures with the Dwarfs, I would be in line by 6:10pm. Jack Sparrow around 6:30pm or one of the other major characters around 6:40pm. Assuming you do the Dwarfs.

6pm - Get in line for Dwarfs
7:15pm - Walk through Frontierland looking for short lines at some of the "lesser" characters on your way to the Hub. Timon/Rafiki, Donald/Daisy, Terk/Jane/Tarzan might have short waits.
7:35pm - Get to the hub for the first Villains show. Walk the kids up to the front of the stage so they can sit and see.
8pm - Get up to the front of the stage for a picture with one or two of the villains after they come down from the show.
8:15pm - 9:15pm - Sort of "free time" to focus on what you want to do - rides, character pictures with anyone other than Dwarfs/Jack Sparrow, trick or treating, dance parties.
9:15pm - Head to Main Street to find spots for the Fireworks. Grab a snack if anyone is hungry.
9:30pm - Watch fireworks.
9:45pm - Meet Mickey Mouse or Duffy, get on a quick ride or two.
10:10pm - Line up for second Parade on Main Street or if it's already very crowded (it shouldn't be), head to Frontierland.
10:30pm - Watch parade
10:50pm - 11:30pm - Good time for Jack Sparrow or other characters. Get to the 11:05pm Villains show if you'd like to see it again or want pictures with more villains.
11:30pm - 12am - Dance parties, trick or treating, rides, or a final character.

Something like that would be best I think.

Wow...I would be lost and "freaking out" ala Rapunzel if I wasn't here to read things like this.... Josh is my Hero....:) Thanks for posting his previous post!!! :) Leslie

I went to the Party Friday and a warning. We went down to see Mickey at 11:40 and it was closed for Mickey and princesses so do not think you will see Mickey on your way out if you are after 11:30 if it is really important to you.

Jandeeah - How were the lines for rides last Friday night? Were you able to ride what you wanted? Just curious what the posted wait time was for Space mountain.

Sorry We did not go to space mountain, Magic carpets was walk on or wait for one cycle. Peter pan was 25 min. Haunted Mansion was 20 min. Small world was 10. Dumbo was 10. that is about all I saw.

Okie. I need some help with this too.

My DD wants to meet Rapunzel. I want to get better pics of her + the fairies. I also want to ride the steamboat before they shut it down before the party. I've never ridden the steamboat. We plan to arrive right at 4pm and stay the length of the party. Dwarves and villains aren't a priority. Jack would only be a priority if it was Johnny himself! Parade and Hallowishes are a huge priority. Help?

Make sure you are in line for the princess no later than 6:30. I am not sure about the boat. The faries line was about 20 minutes through out the party when I was there Friday.

We may split our party into "Pirates" and "Princesses" because I seriously doubt the boys will want to stand in line with us for the girly stuff. DH can take the boys and go ride the stuff Alyssa doesn't like.

Ok. Guest Services just told me that they stopped allowing entry into the park at 4pm with a party-only ticket. Any truth?

And where are the princesses and fairies now that Toontown is gone? (I know. I'm woefully under prepared!)

Friday we got in at 5:30 with no problem and so were crowds of other people and it did not look like they had just started...
Fairies are in adventure land
Princesses are beside Tony's pizzaria
