when to put in a room request and online checkin

Hello:) I am staying at BLT ( I booked through disney) starting Oct 13th. I wanted to make a room request but I wasn't sure when to do this and if I could use online check in. Thank you :)

Yes, you can use online check in.

Room requests should be added to your reservation whenever you know what they are. I usually do it when booking if on the phone, or call shortly thereafter if I booked online.

I would call to make your room request as soon as you know what you want. There is no spot to make room requests when you check online, beside the basics: ground floor and close to transportation.
