Is Remy at Les Chefs de France on a regular basis now? If yes, does anybody know what the times are for his appearances? This December, we have reservations there for 2:20 for the early Candlelight Processional show. I haven't told my son anything about Remy, in case he's a no show for our date (12/19).

I don't know that there is a reliable schedule. If you want to avoid disappointment, I'd just not mention it.

I know some people who'd be repulsed by the appearance of a rat at a restaurant. Even Rémy. No joke.

I have heard he isn't there on weekends. We will be there next Saturday and I'm hoping to see him.

AFAIK- that is reliable and your 2:20 ADR should work as long as you get seated on time- I'd check in a bit early just to be sure- he does the rounds- takes about 45 min I think

My aunt is one of those people. We actually opted to go to a different restaurant on our last trip because of her (and the other restaurant was Via Napoli, which was awesome, so I'm not really complaining).
