Best price for tickets?

I am in need of one 5 day with hopper for WDW. Is the Mousesavers discount at UT usually the best price available when staying offsite?

I usually get my tickets at UT through the Mousesavers newsletter. I don't price them out anywhere else, though.

I've looked at a couple of different options and that is the cheapest that I've found.

Yes, definitely a requirement. I've read many times that UT was the best, just wanted to confirm that information was still accurate before I make the purchase this week.
