Best way from OKW to Port Canaveral

We are so excited to be be going on our first Disney cruise! I'm looking for some suggestions for getting from OKW to Port Canaveral and then back to OKW after the cruise. We have a studio for Friday night, and the Magic leaves port on Saturday. DCL offers transfers for $70 each person roundtrip. That would be $280 for our family of 4. I'm wondering if the bus gets you to the cruise early or late? Would it be better to go with a private car service (Sunray?) and get there as early as possible?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have never taken a cruise, so I don't know the answer. I hope someone can help you.
