Marriott Imperial Palms

Has anyone stayed here?

My husband has a gazllion Mariott rewards points, so we could stay here for "free". With the size of our family, we need the room.

Another option would be two rooms at a Fairfield Inn, or a similar Marriott property. Thoughts? REcommendations?

Did you book this? We stayed at the Royal Palms over the weekend and it was a nice property. Imperial Palms was under refurbishment though - I do know they are getting stainless steel appliances and all the pools looked really nice.

I stayed at Imperial Palms in Feb. 2009 and it was really, really nice. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and had plenty of space to relax. Having the family room and kitchen was an awesome bonus on vacation and the whole Marriott World Center complex is just a few minutes from the parks!

Yes, we did book this. We will be in a three bedroom in February.

HOpefully the refurbishment will be done by then. Or at least not cause distraction.

We stay at the Royal Palms every year. The location is great, and all of the amenities are awesome. My kids love the slide at the big pool, and I love watching them and relaxing with a cold one.
