Hopefully this is my final plan for our Oct. trip from the 22nd-29th. I've made a few changes and tried not to park hop so much. Now dose it look like I hopped enough to get my moneys worth? We are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and this plan is more of a detiled plan to when we should wake up, get a spot for the parade. The time to leave the hotel is actually the time I would like to be at the bus stop waiting for a bus. We have a 7 Day Parkhopper ticket. All our meals are going to be quick/couter service meals maid OOP(Out of Pocket). Tried to put some breaks in there so here it is.

Day 1: Oct. 22nd- Leave Appleton at 8:00am and arrive at Orlando at 2:28pm.Take Disney’s Magical Express to Animal Kingdom. Arrive at hotel around 4:30-5:00pm. Check in and hopefully our room will be ready. After room is settled and if we have enough time go to MK. Will eat supper at MK, ride a few rides. Find a spot for the Parade and Wishes sometime around 7:00-7:15pm. Leave after fireworks and spend the rest of the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Oct. 23rd- Wake up around 7:00am and then eat breakfast in the room or in the hotel. Leave hotel around 8:00-8:15am, and take a bus to MK for Rope Drop at 9:00am. Spend the entire day there. Eat lunch and supper at the park at any counter service restaurant. Leave between 4:00pm-7:00pm. Stay at hotel the rest of the night to swim etc.

Stay at HS for lunch then leave around 1:00pm and go back to the hotel. Stay at hotel till around 4:30pm and then take a bus to Epcot. At Epcot do World Showcase for the rest of the night/food and wine festival. Eat supper somewhere in the World Showcase. Get a spot for IllumiNations around 8:00-8:30pm. Leave after IllumiNations and stay at the hotel for the rest of the night.

Day 4: Oct. 25th- Sleep in today until around 8:30-9:00pm. Eat breakfast in room or at the hotel and then take a bus to AK. Stay at AK for lunch. Get a spot for the parade around 3:00pm. Watch parade at 3:45pm and leave shortly after. Return to the hotel and either stay for the rest of the night, eat at hotel, or we can go to DTD for a couple hours and find a place to eat supper there.

Hi Twix, just wondering what the ages are for your group (i.e. young kids?), as it seems like there's some long days.

I'm with Janine - Are you traveling with kids? They are full, long days.

The first thing that strikes me is your arrival day - you leave at 8AM and then travel all day to go to MK for Wishes- Do you realize what a long day that is? Everyone will be tired from travel. I suggest settling into your room, eat CS at hotel, and hang by the pool or go exploring and animal watch. Get to bed early and begin your trip on a good note. If you begin rested and ready, you will have a better trip.
