A very brief Hollywood Studios update today for your pleasure. There isn’t a tremendous amount of stuff going on at the moment, but these Sorcerer’s Hat pictures have a short shelf life with the constant (slow moving) progress. These pictures are otherwise from yesterday, Friday the 13th.

This is what we’re looking at for September. Click to enlarge or view as a prettier PDF. And if you don’t know what the numbers/letters mean, read the top of this post. The full operating schedule is available here.

Labor Day is Monday September 7th this year, which is later than usual, but it shouldn’t have much of an effect on crowd levels early on in the month. If you’re flexible with your dates, waiting until after Labor Day just means more kids in school and lower crowds at the Parks. Things pick up a bit going into the last week and into October with the Food and Wine Festival driving crowds, but overall crowds remain below average for the most part. The first three weeks in October are busier.

Disney made a round of updates to the June 2015 Walt Disney World operating schedule over the weekend. The full operating schedule is available here: http://media.disneywebcontent.com/StaticFiles/ParkHours/WDWTravelAgent_june.pdf. Click “refresh” on your browser to load the newest version.

Magic Kingdom is now open until midnight virtually every day with two Electrical Parades scheduled nightly. Hollywood Studios closes at 10pm with two Fantasmic shows nightly. Animal Kingdom’s close was only extended on a few nights over the course of the month. I expect the close to be extended to at least 7pm daily with occasional 8am openings in the future, though that update might not arrive until May.

An FAQ follows the list of changes:
